Fun Factory Teneo Uno Smartball

It’s Kegel time!! In case you weren’t sure, Kegels are those special muscles in the floor of your pelvis that can control quite a few things.

The main idea here is to exercise and tone those muscles for optimum control. In order of medical importance, pregnant woman tone their pelvic floor muscles to prepare for the physical side effects during the last weeks of pregnancy and for a smoother childbirth. On other serious notes: For one, it’s fun to flex them during sex, you are basically tightening your vagina around the penis which is pleasurable for both of you. Secondly, you will have more powerful orgasms and thirdly, you should be less likely to lose control of your urination restriction (urinary incontinence). Most of these rules apply to men also, minus the childbirth and pregnancy ones. Well, unless you are Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie Jr. Speaking of which, Dr. Arnold Kegel was the man who encouraged the toning of the pelvic floor muscles, which later became to be colloquially known as the “kegels”.


Women can tone their kegels in more ways than men because we have a more *open* way to deal with them. We can put things inside of us, whereas men could too, but it would be less safe. Transversely, men and women can both practice with nothing inside of them, just tighten the muscles that you use to hold your pee, don’t let go for a while (5/10 seconds), then release and repeat. You could do this all day or just for fun once in a while. Just like physical exercise, any is better than none. The way that the kegels benefit during orgasm is because they tone the pubococcygeus muscle (in the pelvic floor), which is often called the PC for short. This is the area of muscles that get all jittery when the orgasm is produced, which is why, with kegel toning, you shall have your happier ending.




The Teneo Uno by Fun Factory is a very cool device because it’s so easy to use. All you need to do is relax, insert the ball, tighten your muscles and pull. Pull on the silicone string part, give it a tug, make sure not to let the ball come out and just hold it there for a matter of seconds, release, and then repeat. After you do this for a number of days, you can gradually increase your tug and you will notice that you can pull harder because of your toning. Your man should be able to notice when you squeeze yourself around him, also. (Which is always a cool weapon or nice surprise; it depends on the guy.) I’ve been with 2 guys who hunched over in pain like a crybaby when I would flex my PC, and they would still have their eyes pinched shut while they said “can you please not do that, it really hurts”. So, if you want something easy to start out with, you should start with something as awesome as the Teneo Uno, and then once you understand your kegels, you should move up to a pair of loose kegel balls. The traditional way is to hold weighted balls inside the vagina while standing up, not to let them drop out. Next would be the kegel barbells which work in the same way. After those developments, we have the device that actually measures your pressure with a meter of some sort…a rubber bulb. And then we have Smartballs! =) The ones that give you the option of a type of elastic toning. Kegels are so much fun and when you make a workout routine of them, you end up having more fun lol.
