Hello ladies! So yes, it’s Black Friday and you probably got home not too long ago from shopping your caboose off. Or…you’ve been sitting on your caboose and you’ve been e-shopping. Either way, money has been spent and gifts have been found! Side note – I made turkey and won a HoneyBaked Ham and yesterday was fun! Family is awesome.
Last night, my husband and I went to Toys-R-Us just to see what they had…bad idea. Nowhere was there to be the LA Times found in a newspaper stand. It was impossible to see who had what and for what price. So I guess that was a horrible start, to begin with. I was going to the toy store because I saw that they had one of those psycho Santa Sing-a-Ma-Jigs and I wanted one. Turns out, they gave them to the 1st 50 ppl and I ended up getting in a brawl with some crazy chick. Sigh. That was funny. It actually went like this “HMPF..twitch, sneer” and I said “It’s okay, you can do this, you’ll make it!” to the chick that was twinging next to me. She replied “Mind your own fucking business, you don’t know ME!” HAHA. What does that EVEN mean!?! So what if I don’t know her!? What would it do, had I known her? Lmao. Then I said “I know, you’re right…but you’ll be okay.” Then the chick cussed some more and my husband came over acting pretty confused LOL. I told him that I felt great because I was able to sarcastically piss off a huffing lady. Anyways – I didn’t fight with anyone, but I guess I pissed that random girl off. So that was one unhappy happening!
The thing that happened before that was even more UNHAPPY for me. I had been waiting a few days to get the SpiritHoods Black Friday code via email – which is Friday20. They had told everyone that it was a big deal, something to really look forward to and everyone was crazily anticipating a huge discount. I thought…Wow, it could be 50% and at lowest, since it’s a big deal – 40%! I can’t wait! It turned out to be 20%. That saddened me greatly. That still leaves my Wolf hood at over $100. Just one more reason that my Black Friday has turned BROWN for being so … poopy.
Not Fair.
All in all, I’m not going to be a Grinch! Instead, I will give you guys some awesome ideas and maybe you will have better luck than I have had. Here are some great things on sale that you can wrap up and give to your loved ones! (I will be putting up another blog post soon about creative ways to give your gifts!) But as of now, sale prices are all that matters.
