I have a few vibes to talk about from California Exotic Novelties and they aren’t Jopen this time! Those will be coming soon, my lovelies. You know how much I’ve been looking forward to them!
This time around, I will start with the most powerful vibe in this review – because that’s how I am. I always go to the highest power, no matter the vibe. In this case, it’s an unsuspecting vibrator. To be completely honest with you, I would never buy this off the shelf, without knowing any prior opinions because it doesn’t look like my type of thing. But that is what we have reviews for, right? For those occasional surprises out on the market that never really get talked about. It’s the Shane’s World Sorority Party Vibe All Night. I have no idea why it’s called that. It’s a basic rocket and it really takes off. Almost distractingly. I had this inside of me, with another vibe on my clit and I found it hard to distinguish the vibrators apart. That’s intense. And amusing. Needless to say, it’s got the power, and an added bonus is that it is waterproof. It takes two AA Batteries and the cap screws on to close. To turn the power on, off, up and down, just turn the exterior cap-dial-thing to the intensity that you desire. I like it. For the raw power and extreme output…I see myself keeping this thing and using it when I crave a basic, 1” diameter rocket. As my husband said “holy shit!” – Yes, it’s that powerful.
Next up, my second favorite is more for aesthetics and the buttons and textures. It’s the Sweetheart Vibe Pleasure Kiss. It has eight functions; it has a slight curve to the tip and some tiny little silicone prickly things for texture. The idea is that the curve on the end is made to angle toward your g-spot perfectly and the added texture tingles are there to activate your vaginal walls. I was most excited about the textures on this vibe but they turned out to not be my favorite thing in the end. My favorite part about this vibe is the button interface. It’s freakin adorable. There are two hearts and they give you a lovely click with every mode change. They are solid, they don’t feel cheap and they are sturdy. The texture was okay, but it didn’t impress me as much as the buttons and how easy this vibe was to use. The power was decent and the texture was fun. This vibe is cute, fun and it works really well. If I were to ever be in a sex shop, just to pick out a random vibe for a weekend out or for a spur of the moment kinda thing, I would wish this to be something to come out of a rash decision because you’d be lucky to leave with something like this. My husband and I came home with some odd things and this vibe and the one in the paragraph above would have been better than some of the things we’ve gotten randomly. What I’m trying to say is that they aren’t LELO but they aren’t a waste of money. They are good for what they are, they have the power, they are waterproof and they get you to where you need to be. The Sweetheart vibe takes two AA batteries and it is also waterproof. I also like that this one has a little more girth, at 1.5” in diameter. Cool and cute vibe, for something simple, yet different.
Lastly, it’s a cute little plastic thing called the Extreme Pure Gold Mini Scoops Platinum. It’s cute. It’s small, and it’s labeled as discreet. I agree with that, in terms of it being lost in your purse and someone not knowing exactly what it was. I am not sure what the price point is on this one, but I would have to assume that it would be cheap because it has a painted-on metallic color and it has a slide dial to change the power level. Only problem is that it runs on an “N” battery. I don’t like vibes that run on “N”s because they never have enough power to output. If this vibe stepped up to a double A battery and even just one…I could see this being worth it. The end has a bit of a scoop to it, so it cups your clitoris and makes for a good grip with the ABS plastic. But I’m just sad that it’s lacking power. The shape is a good idea, just needs internal surgery to export more power. =)
